Refund Policy

Last updated: July 11, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to LogicRune courses created by Vitali Panov and purchased through the LogicRune school hosted on Teachable.

Payments and refunds are processed through Teachable and its payment service providers.

This policy should be read together with the information displayed on the relevant course page, checkout page, and applicable Teachable terms.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

1. 14-Day Refund Period

Unless a different refund policy is clearly displayed before purchase for a particular product, students may request a full refund for an eligible course purchase within 14 calendar days of the initial payment.

The refund request must be submitted before the 14-day period expires.

The refund period begins on the date of the initial purchase.

This standard refund period applies to individual course purchases processed through the supported Teachable payment system.

2. Products That May Have Different Conditions

Different refund rules may apply to:

  • Digital downloads
  • Coaching services
  • Bundles containing coaching or digital downloads
  • Memberships
  • Subscriptions
  • Payment plans
  • Live events
  • Personalized services
  • Products with a custom refund policy displayed before checkout

Where a different refund policy applies, it will be displayed on the relevant product page or during checkout.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email help@logicrune.comh

Your request should include:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Name of the course
  • Purchase date
  • Order or transaction number
  • A clear statement that you are requesting a refund

Example:

I am requesting a refund for [COURSE NAME], purchased on [PURCHASE DATE]. The email used for the purchase was [EMAIL], and my order number is [ORDER NUMBER].

You do not need to provide a reason when submitting an eligible request within the applicable 14-day refund period.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are processed through Teachable and its payment providers. After a refund is issued, your bank, card provider, PayPal, or other payment provider may require additional time to display the funds.

LogicRune does not control processing times imposed by banks or payment providers.

When a full refund is issued, access to the refunded course may be removed immediately.

5. Requests Submitted After 14 Days

Refunds are generally not provided after the applicable 14-day refund period unless:

  • The same purchase was charged more than once
  • The payment amount was incorrect
  • The course cannot be accessed because of a verified technical problem
  • The course is materially different from its published description
  • LogicRune permanently cancels the purchased course
  • A refund is required under applicable consumer law
  • LogicRune approves an exception at its discretion

The following circumstances do not normally qualify for a refund after the refund period:

  • You changed your mind
  • You did not have enough time to complete the course
  • You did not begin or finish the course
  • You expected subjects not included in the published curriculum
  • You decided that the course was not personally relevant
  • You purchased the course but no longer need it
  • You did not achieve a specific professional or financial result
  • A later promotion offered the course at a lower price
  • Your device or internet connection does not meet reasonable technical requirements
  • You did not follow the course instructions or complete assignments

This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

6. European Union and EEA Consumers

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

For digital content supplied immediately after purchase, you may be asked during checkout to:

  1. Expressly consent to receiving the digital content before the statutory withdrawal period expires; and
  2. Acknowledge that beginning the supply of digital content may affect or end your statutory right of withdrawal.

Any statutory right will be applied according to applicable law and the consent information presented during checkout.

The standard 14-day Teachable refund period described in this policy may provide a contractual refund option independently of, or in addition to, certain statutory rights.

Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Defective or Non-Conforming Content

Contact help@logicrune.com if:

  • You cannot access a purchased course
  • Essential course content is missing
  • A verified technical issue prevents reasonable use
  • The delivered course is materially different from its description
  • The digital content otherwise fails to meet applicable mandatory requirements

We may first attempt to resolve the issue by:

  • Restoring access
  • Correcting the technical problem
  • Replacing an unavailable lesson
  • Providing an equivalent version of the content
  • Moving your access to another supported platform

Where the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, you may be entitled to a price reduction, contract termination, or refund as required by applicable law.

Minor course updates, corrections, design changes, lesson replacements, and reasonable curriculum improvements do not make a course defective.

8. Course Updates

LogicRune courses may be updated over time.

Updates may include:

  • Replacing outdated lessons
  • Correcting errors
  • Improving explanations
  • Adding new examples
  • Changing lesson order
  • Updating tools or resources
  • Moving content to another supported platform
  • Changing the visual presentation of the course

Reasonable updates that preserve the main purpose and value of the purchased course do not constitute cancellation and do not automatically create a right to a refund.

9. Course Results

LogicRune provides educational content but does not guarantee:

  • Employment
  • Promotion
  • Salary increases
  • Freelance clients
  • Business revenue
  • Professional certification by a third party
  • Specific portfolio results
  • Specific learning speed
  • Admission to a company or educational institution

Individual results depend on factors including experience, effort, practice, market conditions, and implementation.

Dissatisfaction with an individual result does not automatically create a refund right after the applicable refund period.

10. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once or charged an incorrect amount, contact help@logicrune.com promptly.

Include:

  • Your name
  • Purchase email
  • Course name
  • Dates and amounts of the charges
  • Relevant transaction numbers
  • A screenshot or receipt, where available

Confirmed duplicate charges will be refunded to the applicable payment method.

11. Unauthorized Payments

If you believe that a payment was made without your authorization, contact:

  • LogicRune at help@logicrune.com
  • Teachable Support
  • Your bank or payment provider

Unauthorized-payment claims may be investigated by Teachable, its payment providers, and the relevant financial institution.

Course access associated with a disputed or unauthorized payment may be suspended while the claim is investigated.

12. Course Cancellation

If LogicRune permanently cancels a paid course before providing access, affected students will receive:

  • A full refund; or
  • Access to a suitable replacement, if the student agrees

If a course becomes permanently unavailable after access has begun, LogicRune may provide:

  • Restored access
  • Access through another platform
  • Equivalent replacement content
  • A proportionate refund
  • A full refund where required by law

A temporary interruption, maintenance period, platform migration, or reasonable course update does not constitute permanent cancellation.

13. Bundles

A bundle may include multiple courses, digital downloads, coaching services, or other products.

The refund policy displayed for the bundle during purchase will apply to the bundle.

Where permitted by law, refund eligibility may take into account:

  • Which products have already been accessed
  • Whether downloadable materials were received
  • Whether coaching or personalized services were delivered
  • Whether part of the bundle has already been refunded

If no separate bundle policy is displayed, contact help@logicrune.com for assistance.

14. Subscriptions and Payment Plans

If LogicRune introduces subscriptions or payment plans, the specific billing and cancellation conditions will be displayed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Canceling a subscription stops future renewals
  • Canceling does not automatically refund previous payments
  • A refund request for the initial payment must be submitted within the applicable refund period
  • Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period
  • Failure to use the course does not automatically cancel future payments

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

15. Promotional Purchases

Refunds for discounted purchases are based on the amount actually paid.

Promotional codes, free bonuses, gifts, and complimentary materials have no separate cash value.

If a purchase is refunded:

  • Associated bonuses may be removed
  • Course access may be terminated
  • Certificates related to the refunded course may be invalidated
  • Promotional codes may not be restored

A price reduction introduced after your purchase does not entitle you to a refund of the difference.

16. Chargebacks

Please contact LogicRune before initiating a chargeback so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

When responding to a chargeback, LogicRune or Teachable may provide the payment provider with relevant records, including:

  • Purchase confirmation
  • Checkout information
  • Course access records
  • Login records
  • Course progress
  • Communications
  • Refund-policy information
  • Evidence of account activity

Submitting a chargeback does not expand your refund rights.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of course access.

17. Refund Abuse

LogicRune may reject a non-statutory refund request where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, including:

  • Repeated purchases followed by repeated refund requests
  • Unauthorized account sharing
  • Copying or redistributing course content
  • Misrepresentation of transaction activity
  • Fraudulent payment activity
  • Attempts to retain access after receiving a refund

This section does not restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Teachable

LogicRune courses are hosted and sold through Teachable.

Teachable may assist with:

  • Payment processing
  • Refund processing
  • Student account administration
  • Tax collection where applicable
  • Fraud prevention
  • Chargeback handling
  • Technical support

Teachable’s processing times, payment limitations, and platform procedures may affect how a refund is completed.

Relevant Teachable documents include:

19. Changes to This Refund Policy

LogicRune may update this Refund Policy to reflect:

  • Changes to course products
  • Changes to Teachable procedures
  • New payment methods
  • Changes in applicable law
  • New product formats

The policy applicable to a purchase will normally be the version presented or published at the time of purchase, unless a later change is required by law or gives the customer more favorable rights.
